1/2 kgGhee

Take a heavy bottom pan. Add ghee and besan in it. Saute besan in ghee on law flame.

It takes15 to 20 minutes to roast the besan. Now let it cool.

When besan is cool mix bura in besan and till also. Now make a round small size ladoo.
