In a bowl take wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt & 1tsp oil.

Add little water as needed & Knead it to make a soft dough.

Heat oil in a kadai. On the other hand divide the dough into small equal portions.

Roll a portion to make a puri. If needed apply little oil to roll it.

Fry it in oil from one side & then turn it to fry from another side. Serve hot.
