Steps

Heat butter in a kadai,add rava and sauté for 2 minutes, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Boil water with oil and add roasted semolina and cheese, keep stirring constantly until you have a lump free mixture.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 mins.The mixture will leave the sides of the pan.

Transfer this to a greased plate and add chilli flakes and Coriander leaves and mix well to form a dough

Now take a small amount of dough and roll on greased palm to form a small fingers.

Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and make more fingers, Roll them and arrange in a plate.

Now heat oil for frying,Drop the fingers in oil and fry until golden brown from all sides

Drain in a paper towel and serve with green mint coriander chutney
