First mix all ingredients.

Add little water to knead smooth and hard dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Now make a big log and cut in small pieces. Roll them to circles.

Roll more circles.put One circle sprea ghee and put another chapati on it.. Put three circles on one to another.make a roll and cut into circles.

Gently press with hands and roll in thin circles like mathri.

Deep fry the mathris in low flame till its golden in colour.

Store in airtight container after they cooled.
