In a bowl add maida, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oil and mix well. Now add water gradually to prepare a dough, the dough will not be too soft. Cover with damp cloth for 10-15 minutes.

Now cut the dough in 2-3 equal portions. Take one portion, on a flat surface flatten the dough and using roller pin flatten like roti. Now using cookie cutter cut in half moon shape or like kaju shape.

Heat oil, now once the oil is hot turn the flame to medium and deep fry the kaju shaped pieces until golden brown. Deep fry all the kaju shaped pieces in batches.

In the meanwhile in a plate add all the dry masalas and give a good mix. Now add all the fried kaju shaped pieces when it's warm. Mix well. Serve immediately or you can store in a airtight container, it will stay for 1 month.
