Ingredients

  • 250 grump steak sliced thin,marinated in 1 tsp shaoxing wine,
  • 1 tspcornflour,1 tsp dark soya sauce, 1 tsp seasame oil
  • Salt and pinch of white pepper
  • Veg,half green pepper,half of onion,1 red chilli sliced,
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Sauce, heaped tsp lee kum knee black bean garlic sauce
  • 1 tspoyster sauce,1 tbsp dark soya sauce,msg,salt, water,
  • Cornflour

  1. 1

    Marinate steak in ingriedents

  2. 2

    Saute steak for 1 min then put a side

  3. 3

    Cook all veg then add meat,then sauce mix then add cornflour to thicken
