Steps

Take a pot pour milk in it and boil it for 15min

Now add cream in it and let it boil

Now take half kg chilled milk add rice flour in it and mix it well and make mixture

Now add this mixture in boiling milk gradually and keep stirring now cook it for 10 min

Now take half glass of chilled milk add custard in it mix it and add in to firni and cook it

Now add sugar and cook until thick

For check the consistency take a plate drop some firni on the plate and check if it is cc runny cook it more otherwise it is ready
