Steps

Firstly in a large bowl dissolve sugar and water.

Add maida,rava and ghee. Combine well and knead to smooth and soft dough.

Now roll it slightly thick like paratha.

Cut into diamond shape.

Deep fry in hot oil. Stir occasionally keeping the flame on medium.

Fry till the shakkarpara turns golden and crisp.

Finally drain over kitchen towel and serve. Store in an airtight container once cooled completely.
