Crispy cauliflower pakoda

Cut the cauliflower florets and wash with water.

Take 2 cup water and bring it to boil. Add salt and cauliflower florets and boil for only 2 mins.

Now remove the cauliflower from the water and keep it aside. Take a bowl add besan, ginger garlic paste, cumin, red chilli powder and salt to it. Add water and make a runny batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and deep fry them until it becomes golden and crisp.

Now take it out on a plate and serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
