Ingredients

  1. 1 cupberas merah
  2. 100 gramdaging sapi tenderloin cincang
  3. puree sayuran (Wortel, buncis, labu Siam, brokoli)
  4. kaldu sapi secukupnya
  5. butter unsalted secukupnya
  6. keju parut secukupnya
  7. evoo secukupnya
  8. telur puyuh rebus

Steps

  1. 1

    Rebus beras hingga lunak, tumis puree Dan daging cincang dengan menambahkan butteer, tambahkan ke dalam beras, aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata Dan bubur mengental.

  2. 2

    Tambahkan keju parut secukupnya, aduk hingga rata.

  3. 3

    Siapkan cetakan yang sudah diolesi evoo, Tata telur puyuh di dasar cetakan, masukan bubur Tim, kukus kurang lebih 15 menit. Bubur Tim siap disajikan.
