Sweet & crispy skin....savory and moist meat..... you cant get any easier or better...
Steps

Cut back bone out of chicken so that your chicken lays flat.

Cut random slits on legs, thighs, and breast. Slice garlic and add to ziploc bag.

Add whole chicken and a cup of mojo crillo by goya. Marinate up to 2 hours or overnight.

Line baking pan with 3-4 layers of aluminum foil as the honey will darken your pans. Lay chicken out and season with salt/pepper/ garlic powder/ paprika / etc whatever seasoning you like.

Drizzle small amount of olive oil and massage spices and oil over chicken. Finally before placing back in the oven, place butter over chicken.

Bake 30 mins at 350 uncovered....

After 30 mins. Remove from heat and mix hoison and honey and slather over chicken. Place back in oven and turn heat to 400 degress. Once crispy and darkened you can remove
