I recently tried to make a whiskey sour. There are only a few ingredients, but it seems that recipes vary the ratios. I think I have found the perfect combination.

This comes from my favorite bar that I went to as a student called Maimai Tsuburo. It's since closed down, so the only things left are my memories of it and the flavor of this whiskey sour that I watched the bartender make. It's very easy to make. However, the bartender didn't use mint as a garnish.I often watched the bartender make this, so the taste should basically be the same. The bartender used Torys whiskey, so if at all possible I recommend using it. I can't get a hold of any, so if you can I'm extremely jealous. Recipe by milketmoi
