A simple tasty dinner,is some tough outer bits on the edge of the Sirloin Beef Steak this can be left on the plate and the Jacket Potato skins may be tough on the teeth too eat,so could leave that behind on the plate as well. The Packaging says that the steak can be grilled,or shallow fried,I shallow fried mine - it takes between 4 and 7 minutes too shallow fry the 200g of Sirloin Beef Steak according to the inner Package. The One in the Photo was a thinner Sirloin Beef Steak - I shallow fried it for only 4 minutes - 2 minutes each side.
