Tortillas(flat bread) with chilli con carne sauce

Mix flour,salt,sugar,curry powder vegetable oil together in a bowl until fine crumbs achieved.

Add water in bits to get a smooth non-sticky dough.

Add vegetable oil and knead.

Cover and allow dough rest for 15 mins,then cut into equal balls.

Dust worktable with some flour and roll each dough into a circle but not too thing.

Heat non stick pan and brush with butter,fry tortillas till golden brown and puffy on each side.

Serve with sauce of choice.
