Ingredients

  • Beef
  • 1European Roast Beef
  • 2Mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 clovesgarlic, crushed once
  • 1Shallot, cut in half
  • 2Spring Onions, diamond shaped slices
  • 1 bunchfresh parsley
  • 350 mlWater
  • 1 tbsp.Olive oil
  • 100 mlWhite wine
  • Paste
  • 2Knorr beef stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp.Olive oil

  1. 1

    For the paste, put the stock cubes in a small bowl, add olive oil and crushed the cubes with your fingers until you have a smooth texture.

  2. 2

    Cover and massage the beef with the paste. Then on a hot pan sear the beef on each sides for two minutes.

  3. 3

    Put the beef in the Crock-Pot, add the vegetables and some olive oil. Add water and wine, then cook for 4 hours. Serve with either a salad or roasted potatoes.
