500ml, no count

As required 15 days full cream milk malai frozen

Take out frozen malai and keep it in sun for some time to get it melted in order to save cooking time.

Put a kadai on flame and put melted malai and stir it continuously.

After ten minutes it will get thickened.

Stir it continuously and it will start separating the ghee, within two three minutes the ghee and mawa will be separated.

Put off the flame, and with the help of sieve you will be able to get the pure ghee and mawa separately.

Let it cool down completely and store it in an air tight glass bottle or jar.
