Cauliflower Paratha

First grate cauliflower

Take a pan and put on flame then add 2 tablespoons oil and add 1/4 tablespoon cumin seeds.

Now after cumin seeds golden brown add grated cauliflower and all spices and mix well. After 1 min on low flame switch off flame

Now take 5 min rest.

Now take a dough make a small ball and flat it now add 2 tbsp cauliflower mixture in to it and seal is properly and now flat is using dust flour and cook it on the tawa. Now apply ghee on both sides and cook it till golden brown colour and make it crispy too at medium flame.

Our cauliflower parantha is ready to serve with amul butter.
