Cheese Masala Maggi Tart

In a bowl,combine flour,salt,oil,using fingertips to get a bread crumb texture.

Add water little by little to make a dough.

Cover the mixing bowl. Refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes need the dough again.and roll the dough.

Take out the rolled dough,and put it in the tart mould.

Press gently with the fingers,so the dough evenly cover the molds.

Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan,add chopped tomatoes and add green peas saute well.

Add the tastemaker which are inside the maggi packet add salt,mix well,and add 2 tbsp of water.

Cover and cook veggies.add 1 cup water and boil,now break the maggi add into the pan,add Tomato sauce.Allow to cook till all the water evaporates.turn off heat.

Now fill the maggi masala in tart.Grate cheese on top of the maggi masala and again bake for 5 minutes till cheese melt.sprinkle sone chili flakes and serve hot.
