Aloo gobhi ki sabji

Heat a pan and deep fry potatoes at medium flame until golden brown.

Now deep fry cauliflower at medium flame until golden brown

Again in a pan add 2tbsp oil add 1tsp hing, 2tsp jeera

Add onion puree, ginger and garlic paste.

Now add fried cauliflower and potato for 3minutes.

Now add 1/2tsp haldi powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp coriander powder and mix well.

Add tomato puree, according to taste salt and mix well. Cook for 5-15minutes. Check every after 3minutes.

Serve it with green coriander
