Take all ingredients for cauliflower, cut cauliflower, ginger, garlic, carrot, chillies. Take a pan heat it now add oil oil is heat it add red chili.

Next add green chilies, ginger, garlic, onion, fry it till golden brown when it done add cauliflower florets.
