#Amla(key word)

Indian fruit gooseberry also known as Amla found in trees blossom annually. In ancient and even now also it is used in Ayurveda for its medicinal values. Amla is rich in vitamin-C , which makes the fruit acidic in nature. It also has vitamin-E and antioxidants.

We can make amla pickle , chutney , curry and juice.

I chopped the amla , discard seed from the centre and mix salt , turmeric and sun-dried them. Some people boil amla and then dried in sun. The sun dried amla can be taken after meal or even carry with you anywhere .
