Makki ki Roti with Sarson ka Saag and chatpata mooli galgal achar

Cut the saag and wash properly and boil

Take garlic green chilli and tomato & chopped finely

Mash the saag with churner

Take pan and add mustard oil and heat for 2 mins and add chopped garlic tomato and chiili in it

Add spices and stir continuously

Add saag and mix well

Cover it with plate and keep on flame for 10 mins and stir after 2 after until it cooked properly

Take Maize flour and make dough (use hot water to make dough)

Make roti from dough (You can use pastry roll and board but I made with my hands and put on griddle (tawa)

Fry rotis
