Chop spring onion wash and rinse.

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds mustard seeds and add grated ginger and fresh grated turmeric saute for a min. Add garlic paste and saute. Now add white green onion part saute.

Now add chopped spring onion red chilli powder turmeric powder cumin coriandee powder asofoetida and salt saute and mix properly. Add chopped tomato Cook for 5min on mid slow flame and lastly add lemon juice. Tasty Spring onion subji is ready to serve.
