Hot and sour soup
Steps

First in a kadai heat oil and add ginger garlic and green chilli.

Now add green onion whites. Stir fry until it soften.

Further add carrot, beans, Mushrooms, capsicum, sweet corn.

Stir fry for 2 minutes until the veggies are half cooked. Then add vegetable stock. boil for 3 minutes.

Add pepper, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar.

Now prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour with 1/4 cup water. Boil for 1 minute and garnish with spring onion greens.

Enjoy hot and sour soup.
