Ingredients

  • For the golgappa puris
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupfine sooji
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • as neededWarm water for kneading
  • as neededOil for frying
  • For the filling
  • 1 cupmashed boiled potatoes
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1/4 cupboiled chana
  • 1/4 TSPsugar
  • to tasteTamarind chutney and green chutney
  • 1 tspChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix wheat and sooji gently.. add salt and slowly add water and knead the dough and cover it for an hour.

  2. 2

    In a deep frying dish add oil, and side by side roll the dough into a flat thin chapati and cut it into circles of 1.5-2 CMS radius. And fry them gently. And than keep them aside in a plate.

  3. 3

    Mix the hung curd, sugar, salt chaat masala and keep aside.

  4. 4

    In a plate place the puris with a hole in the top centre for filling it..

  5. 5

    Add mashed potatoes,mater and curd mixture into the hole.. pour mint chutney, inline chutney into it and sprinkle some chaat masala...

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves serve to ready
