  • 2 TBSbutter
  • 1/3 cuppowered milk
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 TBSvanilla essence
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required

    Mix all the ingredients together till the batter is smooth, if very thick add a little water, fry on a medium flame.
