First make a batter for pakoda take a bowl add besan oil and salt make a dropping consistency batter

Heat oil in a pan and add small balls of batter fry on medium flame

Pakoda are ready keep them aside

For kadhi take a pan add ghee heat it then add, cumin seeds, asfoiteda, curry leaves, sarso seeds let's crackle them

Mean while take a bowl add buttermilk and besan and salt mix them very well buttermilk mixture is ready

Now add ginger and garlic and green chilli then add chopped onion saute them well now add buttermilk mixture to it and boil the kadhi very well for 5-7 min.

Now in last add pakoda and make only one boil add red chilli tadka on top and garnish with coriander leaves several hot with plain rice or phulka roti
