Wash and boil Arbi in a cooker till 2whistles. Cool and remove from gas and peel it.

Heat oil in a pan and drop whole Arbis and fry for 5minutes till pinkish in colour.

Remove and flatten a bit each Arbi and fry again till crisp from outside.

Remove from oil and keep aside and prepare masala
- 5
Take a plate and add salt and all the dry spices and mix well.

Sprinkle this masala mixture on each Arbi on both the sides. Sprinkle few drops hot oil on Arbis. Your Arbi Tuks are ready to serve hot either as a side dish or as a starter.
