To cooker heat oil and then add jeera, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste

Then add onion, tomato and all the dry ingredients

Then add green moong and mix well and add remaining masala

Cook till 1-2 whistles and cook for few mins.

Turn off the flame and allow cooker too open

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
