Add amla to boiling water and it for 5 minutes. Let be cool.

Grate it.

Heat mustard oil in the pan. Add fennel seed, kalonzi, turmeric powder, red chilli piwder, salt, Asafoetida, and grated amla lacha, vingar do mix well.

Put Amla lachaa pickle in a glass jar. Now Ready Serve Amla lachaa aachaar.
