Preheat your oven to 350 degree F and grease ur muffin pan, and dust with flour and set aside

In a medium bowl sift in the dry ingredients and set aside

Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl for 5-6mins and add in eggs one at a time and finally alternately incorporate the flour mixture with the hot coffee

Finally scoop a batter and bake for 15-20 mins
