  • 250 gmPumpkin
  • 2 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspDhaniya (coriander)powder
  • 2 tspMethi /fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • pinchHing/asafoetida
  • 1/4 tspHaldi/Turmeric powder

  1. 1

    For preparing pumpkin, first remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook in water with salt.

    Drain water and keep pumpkin aside.

    Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds &all ingredients. Add pumpkin and mix.
