Ingredients

10 peoples
  • 250 gramswhite urad dal
  • 100 grams rice
  • 2 tablespoonschana dal
  • 1/2 litrecurd homemade

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal and rice and chana dal for 5 hrs and then grind it and make the thick dough (if needed add a little water while grinding)

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of jeera, broken black pepper, salt, and a pinch of eating soda.

  3. 3

    Make small balls and deep fry and put balls in water for half-hour.

    Take curd and make it plain add all vada'sin itn add salt, red chili powder, some garam masala and coriander

  5. 5

    Put imli ki chutney on it if needed it all enhance the taste.
