1 cupFlour
3/4 cupSugar
Ripe Bananas 3 large (mashed)
Egg 1 large
1/3 cupMilk
1 tspBaking soda
Banana essence 1 tsp (optional)
Pinchsalt
1/3 cupoil or softened butter

Mix all the liquids first into your mashed bananas.

Add in the dry ingredients and make sure everything is well combined.

Pour the batter into your greased bread tray and bake @ 200° for 1 hour

Serve and enjoy 😊
