1. Mixture of baisun should be in medium consistency.
2. Use cold water in yogurt.
3. Yogurt shouldn't be thick.
4. Fry only one phulki to check the salt and spices.

Steps

For Phulkiyan: Take baisun in a big bowl, now add water and mix it well to make fine paste.

Now add salt, red chillies pwd, soda, crushed coriander seeds, onions and fry coriander leaves. Mix it well.

Take 3-4 tbsp oil in a fry pan and shallow fry Phulkiyan in a low to medium flame. You can add oil 1-2 tbsp oil in every batch of frying. Put fried Phulkiyan in a separate plate.

For Yogurt: Add salt, roasted cumin pwd, green chillies & garlic paste in yogurt. Mix it well. Now add a glass of water and mix it well.

Now add fried Phulkiyan in yogurt and slightly mix it.

At last pour 3 tbsp oil in a fry pan, add 2 pinch cumin seeds and 4 round red chillies. Then bhangar the dahi Phulkiyan.

You can eat dahi Phulkiyan with roti/ zeera rice.

You can also eat only Phulkiyan with chutneys and roti/rice.

You can eat both of them in lunch/ dinner.
