Roast Chickpeas 🧡

I love this recipe, it’s so simple, quick and full of protein. You can chuck them on a salad, on toast with hummus or as a side-dish, it’s a fab lunch for a busy day!
This recipe is super versatile, so experiment with the spices, oil and flavours!

Steps
- 1
Turn the oven on to gas mark 6.
- 2
Drain the chickpeas. Toss the chickpeas in the minced oil, paprika, garlic and salt and pepper. Give it a good mix to make sure the chickpeas are well coated.
- 3
Put the chickpeas on a baking tray and roast for 10-15 mins. You can tell when they are done as they will be a deeper orange and have expanded slightly. Serve with what you like (I like hummus with mine)
