Firstly dry roast the peanuts for 5 6 min on medium flame. Then Peel out the skin.

In a pan add 1 spoon oil then add chana dal and urad dal and cook until they become golden.now off the flame and let it be cool.

Now add all these ingredients in a grinder jar and add little water. Add salt at this point. Make a fine paste of it.

Now in a pan add 1 spoon oil and heat.

Now add Rai and red chilli and little urad dal.and cook for few seconds.

Pour this tampering on chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready.enjoy woith idli dosa or vada.
