Marinade ur cat fish using ur spices n seasonings for 30mins or overnight

Grate ur onions and scotch bonnets and set aside

On a low flame stir fry ur grated onion n scotch bonnets,add little seasoning and turn off the heat

Bring out ur marinated fish and arrange on a baking tray
- 5
Pour ur stir fry source all over the fish and sprinkle chopped parsley
- 6
Drizzle with little oil and bake until done
