Pork chops, pork sausages, creamed leeks and steamed broccoli

Reading a lot about the evils of my mate sugar so trying some high fat, low carb recipes. If they're all this good, I could fall out with sugar.

Reading a lot about the evils of my mate sugar so trying some high fat, low carb recipes. If they're all this good, I could fall out with sugar.

Clean and wash leeks then chop into 1/2 inch hoops.

In one pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and when hot add pork chops and pork sausages. In another pan, add 1 tbsp olive and the butter then add leeks. Cook leeks until soft. Keep an eye on chops and sausages and turn when ready.

Bring water to a boil and add vegetable stock, chilli, garlic and ginger to infuse the water. Put broccoli in steamer on top of pan and steam for 6-8 minutes.

Add chicken stock and whipping cream to leeks and bring to the boil. Turn down slightly but you simply want the sauce to reduce. Add salt and pepper at desired consistency and serve.
