Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs and keep aside.

Cook rice 80 %not overcook and keep in a big vessel open all rice so that they should not stick to each other.

Now take a pan add butter or ghee 1 spoon put boiled and peeled eggs and add some seasonings masala and saute for 5 minutes and put aside.

Now in another pan put oil 3 spoons add 2 chopped onions add all whole garam masala and saute until it turns brown and adds 1 finely chopped tomato green chili,1sp ginger, and garlic paste saute it well till tomato cooks well, and then add curd and fresh cream and some seasonings masala and 1sp garam masala powder and 1sp biryani masala and cook well for 5 minutes.

Now add 4 masala eggs input white cooked rice put green coriander leaves and some pudina leaves. Repeat this twice to make layers and finally on top add a pinch of orange color added un rose water and some brown fried onions slices and coriander leaves for garnishing and cover tight to give a good dum to the biryani.

And finally, serve hot with curd salad.
