Ingredients

  • for the filling:
  • 1/4 kgground beef
  • 1/4 kgground pork
  • 6Chorizo (finely chopped)
  • 1medium carrot (grated)
  • 2large onions (finely choped)
  • 5clover of garlic (finely choped)
  • 1/2 cupcheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsponion powder
  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspcayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsporegano
  • 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 2medium eggs
  • for wrapping the dynamite
  • Spring roll wrapper
  • 2 tspcornstarch dissolved in water
  • Large or medium green chili

Steps

30-45 mins
  1. 1

    For the filling, mix all the ingredients and cook it to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.

    Let it cool after cooking the filling while removing the seeds of the chili.

  3. 3

    Add the filling to the chili that has no seeds. And wrap it using spring roll wrapper. Use cornstarch water mixture to seal the wrapper.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the dynamite using canola oil. Serve and eat.
