Ingredients

  1. for the filling:
  2. 1/4 kgground beef
  3. 1/4 kgground pork
  4. 6Chorizo (finely chopped)
  5. 1medium carrot (grated)
  6. 2large onions (finely choped)
  7. 5clover of garlic (finely choped)
  8. 1/2 cupcheddar cheese (grated)
  9. 2 tbsponion powder
  10. 2 tsppaprika
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1/2 tspsalt
  13. 2 tspcayenne pepper (optional)
  14. 2 tbsporegano
  15. 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  16. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  17. 2medium eggs
  18. for wrapping the dynamite
  19. Spring roll wrapper
  20. 2 tspcornstarch dissolved in water
  21. Large or medium green chili

Cooking Instructions

30-45 mins
  1. 1

    For the filling, mix all the ingredients and cook it to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.

    Let it cool after cooking the filling while removing the seeds of the chili.

  3. 3

    Add the filling to the chili that has no seeds. And wrap it using spring roll wrapper. Use cornstarch water mixture to seal the wrapper.

    Deep fry the dynamite using canola oil. Serve and eat.
