A spicy and delicious chili spring rolls filled with ground pork, beef and chorizo.

A spicy and delicious chili spring rolls filled with ground pork, beef and chorizo.
Cooking Instructions

For the filling, mix all the ingredients and cook it to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.

Let it cool after cooking the filling while removing the seeds of the chili.

Add the filling to the chili that has no seeds. And wrap it using spring roll wrapper. Use cornstarch water mixture to seal the wrapper.

Deep fry the dynamite using canola oil. Serve and eat.

It's easy to make, so I make it every time I need it, but it can also be stored.You can finely chop the garlic instead of grating it. It's even easier if you use the tubed type of grated garlic.
