  1. 4shallots, chopped
  2. 1green pepper, finely chopped
  3. 500 mlgravy
  4. 2 tbsbrandy
  5. 100 mldouble cream
  6. 1 tbsoil
  7. 1 tbsground black pepper

    Cook pepper and shallots in the oil until soft

  2. 2

    Add the brandy and cook for one minute

  3. 3

    Take off the heat and stir in the cream and ground pepper
