  • 1green pepper, finely chopped
  • 500 mlgravy
  • 2 tbsbrandy
  • 100 mldouble cream
  • 1 tbsoil
  • 1 tbsground black pepper

    Cook pepper and shallots in the oil until soft

    Add the brandy and cook for one minute

  3. 3

    Take off the heat and stir in the cream and ground pepper
