Whole wheat biscuit with jaggery
Steps

In a Kadhai heat ghee and milk and add jaggery.

In another container add remaining ingredients.

Mix and knead a dough then take small round dough and give the shape of biscuit.

Keep kadhai on gas and pre heat it using salt.
- 5
Apply ghee on plate and then keep biscuits on medium flame
- 6
Keep for 20-25 mins till golden brown and allow it to cool down and serve.
