First make a dough take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds and oil mix all the things with the help of palm and make a semi soft dough. Cover it for 15 mins.

Now for stuffing take coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic in crusher and just crush them.

Now take small portion of dough and make a ball, roll it with rolling pin not too thick nor thin apply ghee on it.

Now spread coriander mixture and seal it from one side sprinkle some chat masala and salt on it.

Now make fold it once out side and once inside till end.

Now at the end we have long stick again roll this stick with soft hand and roast on preheated tawa with ghee.
