Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
- 2
Add 1/2 tspoon water to egg yolks.mix well.put red chilli powder,salt and mixed herbs to egg whites.mix well.heat pan put some oil first put egg whites mixture and and put egg yolks on other sides with little design.its optional. First cook whites.put this on egg yolks design and cook.serve hot with Schezwan chutney. You can roll it in chapati or you can put it in bread slices also.
