Besan Burfi
Steps

Take all the ingredients handy. Mix the besan in milk, use beater to avoid lumps.

Heat the pan and add clarified butter, besan batter and sugar.

Continuously stirring the mixture till it starts leaving sides of the pan. Transfer the mixture into a tray and sprinkle dry fruits on it. Press gently.

When the mixture is warm, make lines and cool down mixture completely. Gently remove burfi and serve.
