2eggs
1 cupchopped ugu leafs
1/4 cupsliced or chopped tomatoes, scotch bonnet and onions
1 teaspoonoil
Salt and spices

Add ugu leafs on a medium size pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium heat

Add tomatoes, scotch bonnet, oil and onions and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add beated eggs seasoned with salt and spices

Increase the heat and cook until it's cooked enjoy😋
