In a bowl add left over rice.

Add chickpea flour and rice flour.

Add chopped fenugreek leaves.

Add ginger chilli garlic paste.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.

Add curd and mix well.

Add food salt, put a teaspoon of water on it and mix again. Make sure there are no lumps.

Take 1/4 cup of batter and pour it on a non-stick pan. Cook it on slow flame. Do not use oil at all.

Once it is cooked (you'll see change in color, flip the side and cook for another one minute.

Yummy pancakes are ready to serve. Serve hot with your favourite chutneys, ketchup or mayonnaise. Enjoy!
