Cooking Instructions

Add sugar and salt on the temperatured butter then mix it

Mix just enough to blend well. Don't over whipped(mixed) the ingredients and the butter, to preserve the crispness and crack shape of the crinkle cookies

Add a egg yolk and vanilla essence and mix

At this time, the butter batter is completed,it mixed only to the extent that it blends well without separation

Now it time to make 4 kinds of cookies by mixing various powders on this butter batter

Sift the flavor powders over it and mix,if you can't see any the & gently knead the dough with your hands

Put it on a paper foil and mold it into a column,After molding, put in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

After 30mins, divide it into 8 equal parts to be about 26-28g each, make the cookie dough in a round shape,Press it flat slightly

Bake 340-355 degree Fahreheit about 11-12mins
